Our gelato flavors feature the highest quality raw materials, including regional specialties like Bronte pistachios, Piedmont hazelnuts, marrons glacès made with chestnuts from Italian mountain groves, artisanally roasted coffee from the finest blends, and crema made only with fresh eggs and milk.
We never use frozen fruit but only the best fresh seasonal fruit. Our philosophy has always been that nature has its own pace. And we respect it.
Since 1934, our gelato has been crafted and churned every day in our kitchen using recipes and processing techniques that have remained unchanged over time. We make just a few flavors (maximum 12) in small quantities to guarantee customers a product that is always fresh.
We use only free-range eggs. Every flavor is gluten-free. Even our waffles and cones are gluten-free. All of our packaging is biodegradable. We do not use plastic.
